I use this behavior chart to manage behaviors throughout the class. I use it as part of PBIS by placing clothes pins around "on target" beginning each day and if a student is asked to move their clip down they will but are always given the opportunity to move it back up if they improve their behavior in the future. It also allows students to self monitor their own behavior which is really helpful!
