Partner Reading Discussion Ring Prompts
These cards contain all the essential reading comprehension strategies. After teaching each strategy I copy (on cardstock) and laminate each card and place it on a metal ring. I put it in my partner reading center as prompts for students of what to discuss after reading. I also send one home for parents to ask students questions about the books they are reading at home. I included a parent letter for this procedure as well.
