Classroom Checklist- Student Self Monitoring
This is a checklist was created to keep students on task. It allows students to self monitor their behaviors in the classroom while staying on task and eliminating distractions. The students can use it to check what they should be doing at that time and the teacher/therapist can use it to point to the desired task without disrupting the class. I usually print this task card on bright paper so that it stands out to the studen.

Cooperative Learning Groups Poster
This is a Cooperative Learning Groups Poster aimed at groups of four. You can use whatever symbols you would like to represent each group member (I use pictures of characters from the Big Bang Theory), so pull in something you share with the class! I was able to use the poster machine at my school to enlarge this, laminate it and place it on wall. You can adjust the size as well as I am listing it as a WORD document so you can adjust the groups to fit the needs of your class.

Early Finishers Task Cards
Do you have students who work really fast and then come ask you that ridiculous question, "What do we do when we have finished everything?" Well worry no more, just make it a routine to go to the basket with all of these cards and have them select a card and write their answer on the back using a dry erase card and then turn it back in. If they get it right, they get a prize, if not then the card returns to the basket to be attempted next time.

Collaborative Group Roles- Role Card Tents
These card tents are designed to be folded and sit on students desk in the shape of a tent. One side of the tent is labeled with a group role (ex. Leader). Kindness Cards - When Students Need Help Being Nice to Each Other
Teachers in middle school classrooms truly have to pick their battles. A never-ending battle I have seen over the years is kids saying mean things to each other.
