Students will learn about the nervous system and the neuron processes that carry messages through the body (NGSS MS-LS1-8). After completing the notes, students will pair up to complete the "Mission Impulseable" Activity, where they will gather and synthesize information that sensory receptors respond to stimuli by sending messages to the brain for immediate behavior or storage as memories.
