Modern Translation- A Modest Proposal (Adapted Full Text)
This is a modern translation of Jonathan Swift's A Modest Proposal. It is nearly word for word with the exception of some parts which became too convoluted to translate (he loved those double negatives!). I used this in my co-teach class when working with students who just couldn't grasp the original.
