Phoneme/Sound Spelling Chart
This chart is helpful to show students all the different ways to spell a particular sound. This can be used to supplement any Word Study or Spelling program. If a student is struggling with a particular spelling pattern, they may use this to try out multiple spellings and see which one looks correct for that given word. Also a wonderful reference for teachers and parents!

E-ending Rule Fill in Notes Orton Gillingham
These notes explain the e-ending rule and allow students to apply it right away. I always teach the silent e syllable type first and preteach the meanings of commonly used suffixes. I adjusted the margins of the notes so students can cut and clue them into their word work composition notebooks.
