Math Word Problem- Three Read Strategy Graphic Organizer
Word problems are a big part of any Math standardized test our students take. Be it on PARCC or NWEA, this is an area where students often struggle greatly. A method aimed at helping students master word problems is called the Three Reads strategy. Prime & Composite Number Chart

Daily Math Fact Log
I use these math fact tracking sheets for students to log their math facts every day when doing timed facts tests. The assignment portion of the log allows you to put which facts they are working on, whether its multiplication, division etc. My favorite part is the space where students can write the facts they missed on the test. This helps them reflect on which facts they need to work on. Over time, students really gain ownership of their facts and start to see trends in their growth!
