Study Skills Student Tracker

Created by

Tracker template (customizable) for students to keep track of their own behavior and use of time during a study skills class. (Could be used for any subject). It has students rate answer yes or no to specific questions, and also list what they worked on, and what home work they still have to complete. My study skills students were responsible to keep track of their trackers all week and turn them in at the end of the week for points.
