This is a checklist I've used when students have finished a yearbook layout, they take this list with a print out of their page spread to the specified people for a "double check." Not only does this help make sure things are accurate for publication, but it helps yearbook students with their communication skills and gets them talking about their work.

Yearbook Planning Ladder
This is a 128 page (8 complete signatures) yearbook planning ladder. Pages are numbered, double page spreads are shaded for visual ease. In my years of being a yearbook advisor, I've found it helpful to include a row for what the subject/content of the page is and the Primary Headline. I also indicate who the page is assigned to.
When on pages like this, students can each have their own copy to make notes on as needed, rather than a typical classroom poster.

National Art Honor Society Service Hours Timesheet, NAHS, NJAHS
