Stress away stations are a fun way to have students try different activities that could be used as stress relief! I don't have students fill out anything as they work through the stations, and I don't expect them to get to all the stations. I usually have them do this in two 45 minute periods or one 80 minute period and do as much as they can. After, I hand them the station worksheet and they rate the stations they tried and give me some feedback. Usually it is a fun and relaxing couple of days!

Responsibility: visual activity and role plays

Responsibility is an important value. Instilling this value in students is necessary for time management, intrinsic motivation, prioritization, and good work ethic. This is my favorite activity to do with students. You'll need a clear jar or vase, small pebbles, and large rocks, along with this lesson plan. The visual is very impactful. The role play activities the students create afterwards will reinforce their ability to apply the new information.
