This is an editable template for an Exercise Wheel printed on 8.5" X 11" paper. Page 1 is the wheel base and page 2 is a sheet of arrows. Use brass fasteners to attach arrows. I used an X-acto to slice an X in the middle of the wheel to hold the brad in place and a regular hole-punch to punch the arrow so it would be able to spin freely. When attaching the brass fastener, be sure to leave space above the paper so the arrow is not held tightly.

This experiment challenges students to use their senses in determining the flavor of Jellos during a science lab activity. In preparation for the lab, lemon Jello is used for all colors tested; using food coloring during preparation. Students are unaware of this prior to testing. The taste testing results are interesting as students lean toward using the color of the Jello instead of the flavor to make scientific observations.
