I always feel that if you are going to take the trouble of printing off a crossword puzzle for everyone it should a least last 10 to 15 minutes and be somewhat challenging. The Terrific Turkey Thanksgiving Reader's Theater
This is a humorous Thanksgiving Reader's Theater I wrote for an RTI class. It is appropriate for grades 3-5. There are nine speaking parts and takes about 11 minutes to perform. Muscle Fatigue lab activity
I use this lab when my students are learning about the muscles. It is a fun lab as long as your students don't get too rowdy. I only do an activity for 2-3 minutes. I explain to my students that this is NOT a contest- and there are no prizes that will be handed out for lasting the longest.
