One of the main components of media literacy is for students to discern what is a fact from what is just an opinion. In pairs, students read out statements and their partner should say if it is A - Fact or B - Opinion. They can discuss if they got it wrong and reason why the statement is a fact or an opinion.After the activity debrief as a class and discuss the statements that were most confusing for students. Also includes a Fact vs Fiction template. Students make up their own statements
