As a Dual Language teacher, I often find that resources in Spanish are limited. I went to a presentation where the speakers had written a song that accompanies a rounding game. This was a great song, however, it was written in English. I asked for permission to translate this song, so here it is! The students learn the process of rounding while having fun!

What a great upbeat song for levels I and II Spanish! This song is clean (no drug, alcohol, sex, nada) full of regular ar, er and ir verbs and a few boot verbs (empezar), ir+a+infinitive, a bit of weather vocab (lluvia) and easy to understand. This song is "Waka waka" by Shakira. The song includes many present tense verbs and present tense stem-changing verbs. You can remove vocabulary terms or verbs and replace them with a blank so that the students can fill in the missing words.
