Decimal Place Value and Money - Music Video - Math Song
"Change For A Dollar" is a four minute, karaoke style music video, that students can sing along with to help learn about decimal place value. It focuses on the tenths and hundredths places, and how they represent dimes and pennies. This would make a good introduction to decimal place value, or another way to reinforce and review the concept.

Math Estimation Jar Take Home Fun
Have fun in math as children take turns bringing home the class "Estimation Jar" each week. When the jar is returned on Monday, children write their estimations on sticky notes.
