Perimeter and Area Song
Here are two math songs you need in your classroom. One for area and one for perimeter. You can hang these up in your classroom, make them into a larger anchor chart or hand them out to students. I did not write this songs but I did turn them into posters.

Rectangles: Song and Definition
I created a song and PowerPoint to help students learn what a rectangle is and that a square is also a rectangle. Sung to the tune, "If You're Happy and You Know it," students will be able to see and sing the correct properties of rectangles. This simple song demonstrates that shapes that have four sides and square corners/ right angles are rectangles.
