Julius Caesar Project Options with Detailed Rubric
Teachers can encourage participants to be the "masters of their own grade" as they review this popular play through creative measures. Utilizing artistic and innovative practices, students can "come, see, and conquer" this assignment by showcasing their knowledge of Julius Caesar. Students will have the chance to choose from a list of 15 projects to research, produce, and present. A detailed rubric is attached.

Students use the Internet and/or library to locate a short text (short story, article, blog entry) that might have interested a Romantic writer. They partner up a writer with a more modern piece and type a minumum one-page summary of the text's theme along with an explanation why the new text is appropriate for a Romantic poet to enjoy. Students include some in-text citation and, of course, citation at the end.Pages included (instructions to distribute and rubric) are meant to be sliced in half
