This Cookie Jar Measurement and Fraction Gift project is a great way for upper elementary students to have some hands-on experience using fractions and measurements with a real world activity. Students are given the task of making a gift of dry cookie ingredients for Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies to give to a loved one (attached are the rest of the directions to finish off the cookies at home).
