This is the directions page along with the cut out page for an interactive notebook on the three different rock types! This can be printed and handed right to your students to complete an interactive page in their science notebooks. Any wording or sizes of the cut outs can always be adjusted on the document. Book Bingo-EDITABLE
This is a fun way for students to complete reading homework (or early finisher activity). It requires the students to read a book or chapter each night and complete an activity in one of the boxes for a total of 30 minutes (you can adjust the time). The students will show you the activity they completed, have a parent initial the box, or I have had parents email me pictures for proof. Once they show you proof, they color in the box. Secret Reader
Every week a different student in the class is chosen as the secret reader of the week. The secret reader has a mission to practice the book in the folder and then at the end of the week they read their book aloud to the class. Just laminate this instruction sheet on the front of a large manilla folder and you will be ready to start using secret reader in your own classroom!
Elementary Test Prep Vocabulary Bookmarks
In this lesson students create bookmarks using technology and the most commonly misunderstood or missed vocabulary prevalent in today's testing environment.
To complete the lesson as written students should have access to computers and a word processing program. The program used to create a template was word in this instance.
