I have my third grade students complete this craft after our unit on comparing fractions. It is so easy to use. JUST print off three pages for each student and you are ready to go. Students use three colors to color their hearts and then they write fractions for each color in their set. They compare the fractions, write the unit fraction, and write the fractions that equal the total and the whole.
