BEAR Project - A Student Choice Year Long Project
I use this project in my AP Language & Composition and AP Literature courses, but it could easily be adapted to any English, History, or Humanities course. It asks students to create a portfolio of notes based on experiences they have had with Books, Experts, Art, and Research (BEAR). Each month students have a new set of notes that they submit. I have my students submit on Google Classroom as well as on a class Wakelet so they may have access to other student's notes.

Remote Learning English Regents Part 2 Argumentative Essay
This is an assignment sheet and packet of 4 short texts addressing the topic: Should students be required to turn on their cameras for remote learning classes? It is in the Part 2 English Regents format, from the wording of the assignment, to the formatting of the nonfiction articles. STAAR Surgeons
This is a great way to start working on STAAR passages with your students after the holidays. It is a very bright idea a coworker shared with me about four years ago to start implementing STAAR simulations in the classroom.
