I created this dice game for students to practice exponents after our multiplication lesson on exponents. The strategy of the game is to choose the base and exponent that will give you the highest answers, because at the end the students will have to total up their answers in order to see who wins with the highest total. This helps with number sense, multiplication practice, and understanding exponential form.

This is Bingo game is a great way to review or practice the important skill of simplifying expressions. To start the game, have each student create their own game board using a pen or marker (if they use a pencil, they may try and move their answers to get a bingo quicker). I use this first day of school activity to get to know the students and get them started with mathmatical thinking on our first day together. The students complete the worksheet, adding up all the numbers at the end, then as a class we order the totals and assign special names to each student based on their order. It isn't age specific, but I find that my Middle School students were very engaged by the process.
