Wheel of Vocab (like Wheel of Fortune)

Flip chart for Wheel of Vocabulary game for use with ActivInspire software. Very fun game with instructions on how to change the words on the first page. Includes sound effects when flipping to letter board. It also has a wheel that jumps to a different dollar amount when you click on the wheel! Also includes a counter to keep track of score and links to go from one page to the next. I will be looking into converting to a powerpoint in the future if possible.

ActivInspire Whammy Game Board - Good for Reviewing ANY topic!

The Whammy Game Board gets students engaged and excited about learning. I break my students into groups of 3 or 4. Then, I will place a question on the board. The group will all solve the problem and select a spokesperson to answer for them. If they get it right, they get to send a representative to the Whammy board. If they get it wrong, they have to wait until the next question. The Whammy Board has point values ranging from 5 points all the way up to 700 points and Double Your Score. Groups

The preview file contains the rules for the game, and a screenshot of the flip chart set up. This is a great way to review with students! Differe

Another review game from my class to yours! This game can be used with any subject and just about any age level. The game is a lot like a hybrid of tic-tac-toe and connect four. The object of the game: get four of your honeycomb pieces in a row before your competitors can block you. Here's how I personally play: I make groups of 3-4 students and give them a packet of questions for the review. The students work together on their teams to find their answers. When we work in teams I have a "no on
