This is a creative writing assignment that can be used a variety of classes. I used in Adult Living/ Interpersonal Relationships and Child Development/ Parenting. This can be used a sub plan or as a summative assessment project. It is a good assignment because the teacher comes up with the issues that life will throw at the students.

Allergy Alert
This is something that I started doing last year and not only did it work well for me, my principal LOVED it! :) I simply typed in the student's name and allergies (there are so many these days) printed it out, and put it on the door where any teacher, or substitute could easily identify which students had allergies.
