This unit is about Slelena's life. I Include a presentation about Tejano music with basic information and a summary of Selena's life. It ends up with one of Selena's cumbia, Baila Esta Cumbia, a very easy repetitive song with only 3 stanzas, easy to learn and follow. I add links to the song's lyrics and video of Selena and the Dinos performance. The presentation is perfect for Level 1, using CI, after they learn basic verbs such as baila, canta and commands like toma, dale, mueve.
