This is the best writing book for paragraph writing! The students learn how to write starting with a lead sentence (lots of ideas in the packet), supporting paragraphs, and a concluding sentence. Once they have that down, moving to a 5-paragraph essay is a lot easier. Editing, is editing, BUT this allowed me to have 1 hour, two-three times a week helping students one-on-one while other students were working on their Writing Book.
