This is a game designed to walk students through major events of the Cold War (1945-1989) in a single lesson by letting them make choices as the Prime Minister of Canada. The teacher displays events, decisions and consequences on a projector, while students keep tallies in a handout. At the end, a class discussion and thinking questions helps students consolidate their learning. It is meant as a brief, fun overview, not in depth, and might make a good introduction to the topic.
