Students will be using a pre-selected painting to practice their understanding of Romanticism. Part of this practice involves both personal impression and interpretation. This is a great activity for ending any verbal/visual lessons as it takes 20-30 minutes. I suggest having each students take 10 minutes to observe the painting and write down any and all details they notice. The next 10-20 minutes can be used to answer the given questions.
