William Saunders

Dr. Saunders is a nationally known motivational speaker, education and professional development training consultant. He is a professional member of the National Speaker’s Association (NSA) and has been on the national speaking circuit for the last 12 years conducting keynotes, workshops and educational seminars throughout the United States. He is also a Certified Everything DISC and 8 Dimensions of Leadership personality assessment training instructor with Impact Business Coaches. Dr Saunders is a former Assistant Professor at Howard University, Washington DC and a retired USAF Colonel. His entire career has been about leading, motivating, teaching, consulting and facilitating leaders for this great country. Additionally, the colonel is the nationally published author of the thought-provoking book: Are You Stuck in Traffic? A Step-by-Step Guide To A Better Life! The book is a metaphor for the traffic jams of life and is applicable to the professional development journey of all levels of education industry personnel and students. He is very familiar with the teaching industry as teaching runs deep in his family—mother was a teacher, four sisters are teachers (2 High School, 2 Elementary) and his daughter is an elementary school teacher in Georgia.

I believe strongly in the education, training and professional development of our children, especially in the area of motivation. That being said, my style is conversational, engaging, interactive and facilitating, with a flair for understanding each student individually before the attention step is executed. You can't get buy-in without knowing your audience. You can't get buy-in if the students are not listening.
