TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Mary McGuire is the founder of The Yoga Schoolhouse. She has been a classroom teacher for over 20 years and is also a registered children's yoga teacher (RCYT). She believes yoga and mindfulness in the classroom can help increase achievement, aid in decreasing anxiety, and is just PLAIN FUN. :-) Her lessons are literature based and include games, breath work, stretching, and relaxation techniques.
