TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have worked in K-12 music classrooms. For the past 8 years I have been teaching K-5 general music, choir, and band lessons. I was also responsible for rewriting our districts music curriculum to incorporate the new Arts Standards. Curriculum development and writing is a passion of mine and I hope my projects bring a little more fun and ease into your lesson planning!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe in positive relationships between students and teachers to build strong learning environments. Hands on experiences are a must because who wants to hear someone talk on and on for hours?!
