TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Currently employed as a STEM teacher at the elementary level. Previously, spent two years as a Mathematics Transformation Coach, a Curriculum Support Specialist in the area of elementary science, and nine years in Gifted education servicing grades K - 5. Prior to that, spent two years at a middle school teaching sixth grade science and three years at an elementary school working with third grade retained students as the general education teacher.

B.S. in Sociology and Anthropology from Florida International University with three minors in: Philosophy, Religious Education, and Secondary Social Studies Education. M.Ed.in Educational Leadership with a Specialization in Educational Administration and Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
