I've taught everything from preschool to fifth grade, and now I'm a reading support specialist/interventionist. I have a Master's from Ball State University in Education, Advanced Classroom Practices, and 18 years teaching experience. I aim to create practical teacher tools that are easy-to-use, are organized, and that help complete a task efficiently.
I love hands-on learning, problem solving, real-world learning, and creative, fun, activities that encourage cooperative group work.
I completed two years of action research in using Model Eliciting Activities to teach teach math for K and 1st grade. My work is published in a book chapter, November 2012. Publication: Educ.
