I have two years under my belt. One of those as a 6th grade ELA teacher and another as a 3rd Grade General education teacher. I taught two GT classes and 1 inclusion class while teaching middle school as well as all subjects when I dropped down to 3rd. This upcoming year I will be teaching 5th grade ELA. This is where I hope to stay for a few years! I pride my self in being adaptable in all situations. I currently am pursing my Masters degree in Curriculum and instruction to better my teaching practices fro my future students.
I believe that the best way for students to truly understand a subject is to experience it firsthand. Whether it's through interactive experiments, group projects, or real-world simulations,My belief is that hands-on approach encourages students to actively participate in their own learning.
