TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've been a teacher's assistant for about two years prior to teaching. I have 10 years experience in teaching, but have learned a lot and created a lot of great things for other teachers to use to make teaching and learning easier and fun!

MY TEACHING STYLE

I am a creative person at heart. I spent most of my life preparing to be an artist. I design my activities with what drives me at heart. I design my activities to incorporate a lot of different styles of learning, since all learners do not fall under the same category. I also try to appeal to struggling learners and the gifted learners, as it has been my experience in working with both groups.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I graduated with Honors with my Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I received my Bachelor's degree via North Central College. I also received my Masters of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction through Concordia University.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I have a family, and a dog, and am crazy about all of them. They are what drive me, and they keep me focused.
