TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Hello! Welcome to my store! I currently serve my community as a 7th Grade STEM English teacher. I have taught 7th grade for the past 2 1/2 years. I have had experience working with a variety of upper elementary and middle school students too. Last year, I served as department head of 7th grade ELA and now serve as Team Leader for 7th Grade STEM. Serving as 7th Grade Department Head, ignited a desire to create accessible curriculum for teachers by a current teacher. My goal is to bring engaging lessons that spark a desire to learn ELA within students.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style is a mixture of several methods. I enjoy creating activities that requires students to think outside the box and apply learning through creative outlets. I enjoy integrating STEM activities and theories into my everyday lessons.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

When I am not teaching, I enjoy going for runs, spending time with my family, drinking just about any type of coffee, and loving on my 85 pound Goldendoodle, Mac.
