TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I've had the pleasure of teaching a wide array of grade levels. I've taught English to the following grades: 7th, 8th, 9th, and 12th. I've taught in two different states and at three different schools; spaning from a 7-12 school, to a 9-12 setting, and now I am most recently at a 6-8 school.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have a very reflective teaching style. I'm always assessing myself and asking students for feedback. I strive to be supportive of my students and to help make my students life long learners. I LOVE to get students up and out of their seats and engaged in my lessons. My lessons are lead by discussions and activities that are modern and fun for students and teachers.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I'm a 30 something Midwest momma who juggles work life, home life, and mom life. I love what I do, and I do what I love.
