Swenny School

I taught 5th grade for 4 years Mommy and Me Music Classes and Preschool Age Music Classes. I have now been teaching piano for 9 years. I have 4 children of my own that I help through school, and I substitute for the Elementary Schools.

I am a Hands On Teacher, Hands On Mom, and LOVE making learning fun. I try to learn the learning style of the student and then adapt my teaching to them.

High fives, adds on FB and invites to weddings, graduations, and mission farwells from my students, and unconditional love, hugs, and kisses from my own kids. I don't need a thing more. :)

I have a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Utah State University with an Emphasis in ESL. I did practicums and student taught in 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades.

I am a complete advocate for NOT reinventing the wheel, but in all my years of teaching there have been a few times that I've had to. My goal is to make all my materials affordable enough so that someone else can just use what I've already done, and take them less time. :)
