TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught all grades and all levels of English Language Arts 8th-12th, but my primary focus and area of specialization is in teaching the gifted, advanced or AP class.

MY TEACHING STYLE

Eclectic is a good word to use when describing anything to do with me and my classroom. While I embrace a non-traditional style of teaching (I'm not the sage on the stage), I do set high expectations for my students and expect them to meet them, both in their level of maturity and their class work.
