Hello there! I run the website www.needsfocusedteaching.com and a few years ago I wrote what has become one of the highest ranking classroom management books on Amazon - Take Control of the Noisy Class. The popularity of that book never ceases to amaze me. I also present training courses internationally for teachers, lecturers and care workers and my live courses are frequently described as ‘unforgettable’. Another shock to me - I was once rated as an ‘outstanding’ teacher by the UK’s Office for Standards in Education. I hope you like my resources.
