TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught university undergraduate chemistry lab, remedial reading comprehension at university, middle school science, physical science, integrated science, biology, honors biology, AP biology, and physics.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My favorite style of teaching is student groups and learning. I love lab experiences. I use a method of classroom discussion followed by group / seat work.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, with minor in Biochemistry. I have a Master's in Secondary Education, specializing in Science Education. Beyond this, I have 30+ hours of additional classroom learning, which includes AP workshops on multiple continents, and professional development workshops / conferences on multiple continents and multiple countries.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am well versed in the development of resources for students with English and a second (or third, or fourth) language.
