I am a current 3rd grade teacher. In the past, I was an Instructional Technology Specialist. I began my teaching career in 2009 after graduating as a Cum Laude graduate from the University of West Georgia. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Science (Education). During my teaching career, I have gained a great insight across many grade level curriculums. I have also had many extraordinary opportunities to teach diverse groups of students, including students with learning disabilities, studetns performing at grade level, and exceptional learners. I have received Teacher of the Year during the 2013-2014 school year, Educator of the Month September 2015, and 2014-2015 Outstanding Educator Award. I have also gained great experience in leadership and marketing as the lead Corporate Health Coordinator at the local hospital.
