Passport to teach Ms Price

I have been a second grade teacher for 2 years in Nashville, TN. I am headed to Rabat Morocco to teach PreK (wish me luck) and begin my life abroad. Before the pandemic, I teach in Uganda during the summer with an organization called LRTT, working to improve global education and provide free teacher training to those who do not have the same opportunities I have had.

I grew up in a very wealthy community where parents fought to be classroom helpers and resources were endless. I threw myself into inner city public school teaching and shortly after, the middle of southeast Uganda where trauma and hardships come before the actual teaching. I believe you can make a good student/adult/life/job out of just about anything with a good attitude and some hard work. I believe SEL instruction is the most important part of a child's day. I also know there is not enough hours in the day to do this CRAZY beautiful job, so I hope that the resources I share can help you take back your sanity/life just a little bit more.
