TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a Special Education teacher and Lead teacher for a private day school grades 5th-12 or until 22-years old. I teach students with Autism. I have taught K-4th Life Skills and currently teach 4th-8th grade self-contained.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I love to bring hands-on activities into my lessons. I love project-based learning. I am always amazed when my students create a project based on their level of understanding. I am a behaviorist at heart and teach goal-setting to my students. I focus on social-emotional development and believe in daily communication with parents.
