TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have more than 18 years experience teaching all general elementary grades and love every minute!. I have extensive experience teaching 4th grade, 2nd grade, and kindergarten, Science, and Reading. I also facilitated a read aloud program for the YWCA extended day program during the school year and designed the reading component of their summer curriculum. I have participated in Literacy Committees and have worked on aligning reading and writing curriculum with the Common Core Standards. My Science plans align with the NGSS as well as naturally overlap with ELA and Math standards.
