TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I am a Literacy Specialist and Coach for a K-5 elementary school. In the past, I've had the pleasure of working in Special Education and well as holding the Lead Teacher position in 2nd and 3rd grades.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I believe that learning needs to be engaging and fun for students. It is not enough just to fill their brains. We need to reach their hearts. It is only then that a child sees himself/herself as special. We need to plant this seed in each of our students. We all know what a seed is capable of when provided with the right environment and support.
