By Middle School Health and PE Resources I am currently in my 5th year as a middle school Health/PE teacher. I also have experience as an In-School Suspension Coordinator and high school EC Inclusion teacher.
I am laid back and like to have organized chaos in my classroom and gym. I want students talking and talking to each other while staying on task. We learn through discussion more than direct instruction.

I graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. App State has one of the best Health/PE programs in the region. However, I found quickly that I was not prepared for massive class sizes and limited space plus the real world interruptions. My goal is to make content more relatable for every day teachers.
In addition to teaching, I have coached both basketball and baseball all of my educational career.
