-K-12 Certified Teacher Assistant Experience -Certified in Early Childhood Education (B-2). -Tutoring Experience -Experience with Special Education and General Education. -Teacher Prep Program for Early Childhood Education.

The Authoritative teaching style is a balanced style that has been shown to be the most effective. As I use this style, I set clear boundaries with rules. At the same time, I am responsive to the individual student's needs and emotions. I describe myself as being strict but fair. My main priority is to meet all students at their own individual needs in order to help them reach their goals.

-Dean’s list -I have made the Dean's list throughout all my semesters at Central State University. Honor's certificate for outstanding academic performance. (Central State University-March 2021.)

-I received my Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Science at Erie Community College in May 2012. -NYS Certified Teaching Assistant-Level 3 -Teaching License NYS B-2. -Alison Diploma received on 10/2/2021 for Teaching skills for Educators. (Completed outside of attending Central State University.) -Central State University (Major- Early Childhood Education) Western Governor's University-Graduated (Curriculum & Instruction).

My plans for the future consist of working as an Educator for Early Childhood Education. As an Educator, I will conduct myself with a positive attitude as a motivated leader in my field. I will recognize each student as a whole and motivate them to explore the world through many content areas. My perfect world is a place where each individual uses their imagination and prior existing knowledge to embrace the new knowledge that lies in front of them. This will build a better foundation for classroom management and structure that will lead to positive outcomes.
