I have been an educator since 2006. I have taught English as a foreign language abroad and Spanish here in the United States. In my career I have taught students from 4 years old to adult and class sizes ranging from 5 to 60 students. Currently I teach Spanish to over 200 students from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade at a parochial school.
I put a strong emphasis on using authentic materials and getting students to engage in true interpersonal communication. I also work hard to incorporate cross-curricular connections in my units.
