TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have been an Intervention Specialist for 10 years. I recently completed my M.Ed in Literacy. I have also helped develop curriculum for Special Education. I love teaching students with disabilities to LOVE reading!

MY TEACHING STYLE

Hands on, multi-sensory (tactile, kinesthetic, visual, auditory), Multiple Intelligence Theory (everyone has gifts and strengths), Orton Gillingham reading program, build on a student's strengths to empower them to grow in their weaknesses.
